Here is another Menyan song.
It’s hard to call one thing the “best” or “most exciting” thing happening in our ministry, but this is certainly in the top five. Both Wati and Api told me a couple of months ago that they each wanted to teach gospel lessons to others who hadn’t heard…
Last night I was working late in the office. At the same time, this guy was setting a trap right across my path. I’m glad I was using my headlamp walking home–he would have had me.
Usually I like to handle my own landscaping, but when it’s really out on a limb, I don’t mind giving the work to Wati’s ~50lb son, Aqet.
It’s such a pleasure hearing our small church singing in the Menya language. We’re up to six original songs and they are getting better and better thanks to Api’s musical talents.
“I’d love to help carry your stuff, but I’ve got these two spiders.” (yes, still alive)
This weekend we had great visit from some of our oldest NTM friends, the McGregors–we’ve known them since our pre-kid days in the Show-Me State. (Unfortunately, Mike was too busy piloting our chopper to be part of the visit.)
