Tonight Elizabeth made some tortillas and we had our first Papua New Guinean Taco Night. The pineapples in the picture were not included. However, the guacamole made from the avocados we got at the market today was. Elizabeth also made some sour cream out of whipping cream and vinegar to make the meal complete.

We had our neighbors and new friends, the Butlers, over to enjoy the feast.

I am so thankful that Elizabeth is such a great cook! I, on the other hand, would be lost without prepackaged tortillas and sour cream. It looks so yummy! Glad ya’ll are already being social with new friends….not that I expected anything less.

  4. The spread looks great, and the friends do too!
